Mohammed Abdelfattah Mohammed Sanad, Ph.D. is a renowned cardiothoracic surgeon who earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree, Master’s degree in Surgery, and Medical Doctorate in Cardiothoracic Surgery with honors from the University of Mansoura in Egypt, where he completed his residency and fellowship training as a clinical fellow. He completed an accredited residency program in adult cardiac, pediatric cardiac, thoracic and general surgery.
Dr. Sanad is a registered as a Cardiothoracic Surgery Consultant and a Professor of Cardiothoracic Surgery, He has been working as a cardiothoracic surgeon at the Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura University, Egypt, since 2006.
Professor Mohammed Sanad is a highly experienced consultant in the field of cardiothoracic surgery with a focus on adult cardiac surgery. He holds various positions across a number of hospitals in Egypt, including Consultant of Cardiothoracic Surgery at the Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery Center (CVSC) at Mansoura University Hospitals, and vice manager of CVSC. With such an extensive background and wealth of experience, Professor Sanad is undoubtedly a highly respected and accomplished medical professional in the field of cardiothoracic surgery in Egypt.
In addition to his work in Egypt, Dr. Sanad has also worked as a Clinical Observer in the Division of Cardiac Surgery, Western University, (London Ontario, Canada), German heart center ( Munich, Germany ), Saarland University (Homborg, Germany) , Yonsei University health system clinical fellowship in aortic surgery in cardiovascular surgery Department (Seoul, South Korea ).
Dr. Sanad is dedicated to help patients with heart and lung conditions needing surgery also he is matched by his passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of cardiothoracic surgeons.
He has been actively involved in research and has published several research papers and articles in national and international journals.
Dr. Sanad is also one of the Worldwide trainers of the Aortic Valve Reconstruction Technique (OZAKI Technique), He had done a lot of support to the cardiac surgeons in Middle East & Africa helping them to master the surgical Techniques.
